I tend to be steady-paced, analytical and supportive. I’m a private person who prefers a limited number of predictable, close and stable relationships. I’m very reliable and will try to get the job done right the first time.
Generally, I’m detail-oriented and don’t like ambiguity, changes or surprises. I prefer not to be given too many jobs at the same time, as I like to think things through thoroughly and have a good understanding of what I’m about to do before undertaking a task.

I tend to be enthusiastic and energetic by nature. I'm big picture oriented and things tend to become obvious to me very quickly, but I have to be mindful that others who don't think like me or see the big picture as quickly as I do may be focusing on details that I’m overlooking or do not consider important. I like being the spokesperson for new ideas and initiatives that I understand and believe in.
I'm action oriented and like getting things done and often juggle several tasks at one time. I'm good at cultivating contacts and tend to have a network of people I can call on for virtually anything. I tend to be fairly articulate but can talk too quickly and not listen enough. I can understand ideas more quickly if people draw me a picture or provide me with an analogy.
